A new year...

Nope, I' not making any resolutions for the new year. I haven't made any of those in a really long time. It just seems silly because I already have eight million goals that I've already made...it seems that new ones come up every day. So, making a new year's resolution seems a bit moot at this point.

And I'm not going to do a year in review. We'll just say that 2007 was not my best year. A great man once said that there is no success without failure and this has been my mantra for as long as I can remember. I can't remember who exactly said that, but Billy Ray Cyrus said it on Oprah and I don't remember who he said had originally uttered those words. That being said, I do have a new plan of attack. It's not for the new year, it's for a long-term kind of thing.

It'll be a busy year for me. I plan on making some trips to Houston, OKC, Vegas, Madison and both Portlands. The magazine will be back on track and I will be able to skate more. I will also be able to start my documentary, which I'm actually planning on putting some footage on the website.

The most important thing is ONE DAY AT A TIME.
