Sick day...

Well, actually, I've been sick since Sunday...fuck, I don't remember the last time I was this sick. Called in sick to work the last two days and I feel terrible about that. I actually like my job and I enjoy going there; plus, I know they were busy while I was gone. That's how it works. It was dead last week, but the last two days were probably busy as hell...and then I'll get back tomorrow and it won't be busy.

I spent the last two days in bed watching a mix of junk tv, movies, Buffy and Charmed. I did very little writing b/c I just wasn't in the mood. Lucky, the little bastard, took the 'M' and 'F9' keys off of my laptop...I still haven't found the 'F9' key. I did, as I always do when I'm sick, a lot of thinking. I know why I was sick...I have this little problem with over-eating. I'd already resolved to start a new exercise routine and a new diet, so that problem is on its way out. But, that's not what I was thinking about. I've been thinking about going back to school for a while now...but I've resolved to get it down now. At first, I wasn't sure what the hell I'd get my degree in, but I decided today that I'm going to go to massage therapy school. I had gotten in about five years ago, but didn't go b/c I needed to work full time and couldn't make it work. So, for now, I'm saving up some cash so that I can go at night at some point. Now, if only I could curb that other problem...over-spending.
