Still counts...

Even though it's two in the morning, this still counts as the Friday blog...that's one every day until I run outta stuff to blog about. This blog is all about some helpful travel tips...

1) Do not book your hotel online and don't argue with me about the price...I am aware that it's cheaper online. There's a reason for that...you're the same person that called and bitched me out because you didn't get what you wanted...TS, dude. You're also the same person who wants to cancel at the last minute, but can't because you booked online....side note, I do get a little joy out of telling you this after the fact. You can be as pissed as you want, we're still getting our money.

2) Obscene phone calls? Really, now. Get Cinemax, you douche.

3) Know what you want when you call...have a plan. If you have to confirm a price with your spouse, you should've had them call in the first place.

4) A hotel room in New York City is going to be expensive...seriously, it's NYC. And don't ask for it on a Friday or Saturday night expecting it to be on the low end of expensive...it won't be.

5) No, you're not going to get the same rate as your friend who called in two weeks ago. We have less space now; therefore, will charge more for it.

And lastly...try to be nice to those customer service reps when you talk to them on the phone. Trust me, you're an even bigger pain in their ass than they are in yours. Thank you for calling and have a great night!
