Vampires and other stuff...

So, y'all remember that I hated the book 'Twilight' and I am refusing to see the movie. I'm sorry, but those vampires are pussies. The funny part about that statement is that they are virtually indestructable...such a waste of perfectly good vampires to have them hiding out. The bad vampires weren't too bad but there wasn't enough of 'em to make much of a difference. Did I tell you my latest 'Twilight' theory? Ever see that show 'Roswell?' Hmmmmmm...is all I can say. What happened to the badass vampires...like Darla and Drusilla? We need more like them in literature and cinema. I'm in research mode on the vampire front...don't know when that book will be ready yet. Haven't really seen much of True Blood...it's on at the same time as Dexter and well, I love that show.

And other stuff...I'm deep into editing 'Two Birds' right now. I need t pump the word count up by about 15K; I'm getting there, slowly but surely. I want to have it out in April, so I really am trying to get it done. I'll be looking for a guinea pig or two to try it out on soon. Still very excited about this book.

And still other stuff...still doing the cheesey work-out DVD's, but I haven't been really hitting it that hard, so no results quite yet. Though, I can honestly say, I am starting to feel my arms and legs start to tighten a bit.
