Focus...or lack thereof

So, I'm working on this new book and I'm totally in love with the story and the characters. There's one slight problem, though. I can't focus! I don't know why, but lately I've just had a lot of trouble keeping focus. It seems like I can focus a little better when I'm writing by hand, but sometimes I can't really read what I've written...so, I'm having to type. I miss my laptop...Lucky ate the power cord and I just haven't gotten around to getting another one. That's coming out of my stimulus check, which I haven't gotten yet. I think that once I get that lil' puppy back up and running, my focus will improve because I can write in bed. I love writing in bed...it's just more comfy.

Speaking of my little Lucky Duck...he's a son of a bitch. I mean, he's still the cutest little kitty ever (I even threw up a little after I read that back)...he's such a little shit. This is his new thing...when I hit the numbers on my cell phone, it says the number. No matter where he is in the room, when he hears these numbers, he loses his shit. He jumps on the bed and attacks poor Zoe...as if she was the one making the noise. I didn't believe it at first, just thought it was like a freakish thing b/c he is such a little freak...so, I tried it a couple of times and it works every time. I do love my little bobo, but he's insane.
