All work and no play...

So, it's Saturday and I'm working on getting things done. I think I've just been slacking too much lately...I'm giving myself a swift kick in the ass right here and now. After all, I do have the ability to do great things...but at the moment, I'm just sort of gliding through space and time.

Recently, I made a huge decision with regard to the magazine and I'm hoping that it pans out. It has a lot to do w/ the recent industry trends. There are magazines going under left and right, some have circulations of 100,000...yeah, that's six zeroes. I've been told that folding would be my best option, to just cut and run...but I can't do that. It's not that I've put so much time and energy into it, it's something that I can't quit...I won't quit. I'm going to fight for it, no matter what it takes. I'm not announcing anything just yet b/c I have to get more of my little duckies lined up before I can do that. Ya know, like having a target date...I do have one, but I'd like to make it a little more concrete. In the meantime, I'm giving the website a whole new look, which is an arduous task in itself. On the plus side, I really am getting this design thing down.

In other news...hmmm. Not much other news. Still not loving the body I'm in at the moment...the weight gain is really bothering my back, so I've gotta do something about that. I don't wanna join a gym b/c I hate going to the gym. I need to get a bicycle I think....I definitely have to do something. I'd skate, but I loaned my skates to someone months ago and haven't been able to get them back. That is really frustrating and starting to kinda piss me off. Can't afford new ones b/c I've got lots of planning to do for the magazine and I still have to pay for the accidents b/c insurance companies are assholes and some douchebags don't have insurance. Hmm, what else? Oh, I really need to get a haircut, but I'm going to see how long I can go w/o doing so...so far it's been since February.
