They call me Crash...

So, I haven't blogged in a while...why crash, you ask? Well, I'll tell ya. Y'all know that my poor little red car was totalled at the beginning of March, making way for my little black Suzuki. I loved that car.

Yeah, it goes like this. I'm sitting at a light last Friday during lunch, on my way to the bank...and SMASH! Didn't see it coming, didn't hear it coming, but this son of a bitch ran right into the back of my car (which hadn't even made it to her first oil change). The bastard pushes my car about 50 feet, not to mention into another car. His truck was pretty messed up and he tried to flee from the scene. When the truck wouldn't go any more, he got out of his truck and ran away. That son of a bitch...I don't know anything about him or his insurance, which makes life so much more fun. So, today my insurance company decided to total my car (about $15K worth of damage).

I go down to the car dealership where I got my lil' black Suzuki b/c I fully intend on getting another one. I decided to go with the Azure Gray b/c I don't have much luck w/ black cars. Looking at my history, I've only had two black vehicles and I've totalled both of them-smashed from behind in each.

So, for tonight...I shall listen to the rain and do some writing. I wish that Lucky hadn't eaten the power plug for my laptop b/c I really would like to take it to bed w/ me. I do my best work in bed...yeah, I said it.

Tomorrow, I will get my new car (hopefully) and I must pick up derby tickets. It's the biggest game of the season and I'll die if it's sold out before I can get my hot little hands on a few tickets. And hopefully, just hopefully...I will get damn skates back!
